One Man's Terrorist is Another Man's Freedom Fighter, redux...(Use their own tactics and ideas against them)

Obama's Terrorists Are America's Freedom Fighters

The point at which America ceased to be the United States of America as designed by the Constitution is debatable. Some say it was the case of Marbury v. Madison where the Supreme Court decided it was the sole arbiter on constitutionality, making it, in effect, law-givers. Some say it was during the Civil War, the War Between the States or the War of Northern Aggression, whichever you prefer. Some say it was the Progressive Era beginning in earnest during the presidency of Theodore Roosevelt.  Regardless of the point at which the revolution took place, it did take place.

This is not a Constitutional republic, otherwise the words in the Constitution would mean something; they would have weight of conscious by those who have sworn an oath to defend it. Without fidelity to the oath, there is no legal representation even if the individual receives enough votes to occupy the office, they are still duty-bound. The vote indicates the expectation that the representative of the people (being representative, senator or president) will defend the Constitution as the oath demands. To go forward as the people's representative without the determination to uphold the Constitution is a fraud. It is a fraud committed by all federal employees who actively violate the Constitution. To even participate in the legislature with the knowledge of others willfully engaging in unconstitutional acts is treason.

In America, the one originally designed, the Supreme Court would only be able to rule on individual cases in their original jurisdiction or appellate role. They would not be able to define words and use stare decisis to perpetuate their flawed logic and convenient redefinition of common words. They would have to undertake the arduous task of simply ruling on each individual case that came to them, not to set precedent for eternity or creating "settled" law that has allowed them such flawed rulings as Dredd Scott and Roe v. Wade (which created privacy rights for pregnant women alone) that they have made throughout history and denied lawful rights to generations of citizens before some future court finally got around to justice.

Should there be some place where certain issues are decided forever? Sure, but it would not be Constitutional. The Constitution says what it is in plain language given the normal use of words at the time. Let lawyers rely on the writings of the founders to prove their case, not the ramblings of nine social engineers (which the court has become since Marbury).

We now have a form of government foreign to the people of the United States. A revolution has taken place.

Those who believe they have the right to say anything they want; the right to decide what religion they will claim and the right to freely exercise their religious beliefs; the right to bear arms; the right to be free of federal troops occupying their home to spy on other citizens; the right to be free from government searches and seizures without sworn warrant; the right to  life, liberty and property unless due process of law has given reason that the person should forfeit those rights; the right to a jury trial of one's peers; the right to be free of cruel or unusual punishment; the rights to do many other things other than what are specified in the Bill of Rights; the rights of the states to do whatever has not been specifically given to congress under the Constitution are terrorists.

In order to reclaim these rights, they must fight for their freedom. Obama's terrorists have become America's Freedom fighters.

I know how you feel brother...

“Dear Ann: You Have Totally Destroyed My Life. Thank You.”

Ann,
You have totally destroyed my life.  Thank you.  I am a reserve soldier in [state redacted], and a member of the intelligence community.  I knew deep down in Iraq in 2004-2005 (I was a semi-practicing Baptist) that something was terribly wrong with America. Hell, I knew it when I was in college in the 90s, but it became starkly obvious that we were headed for economic collapse.    To clarify, I was handpicked by my commander to join the Warrant Officer Corps this past summer.  Through reading and reflecting on what you have written I have decided to leave the army that I have loved and served in for 13 years.  Perhaps I am not as brave as you are because I have chosen to wait out the next three years of my contract, then find something else to do.  My story is a long an convoluted one and I won’t bore you with all the details, but for me this decision has been especially harsh.  I am a second generation Cavalry Scout, my father and I both served with the 1st of the 7th US Cavalry; he fought in the Philippines in WWII and I served in Iraq.  If you could see my last half dozen NCOER’s you’d probably think that my evaluators thought I could walk on water.  I loved the army, and still do to a certain extent, butI can no longer wear the uniform knowing that I am lending my skills to this government which directly attacks the Constitution that I swore to uphold.  I told one of my friends recently that my ‘problem’ was that I was giving the regime legitimacy every time I put the uniform on.  Every senior person I have talked to about this thinks I am either nuts, anti-social, prejudicial to good order and discipline or something of that stripe.  All of them are waiting on their precious pensions or are too afraid to have THEIR commanders come down on them.  I pointed out that we swore to do this at the cost of our own lives, so what is a promotion, or a career or a pension compared to that?  Is any of those things worth your soul?  I had the opportunity to double my pay and pension and cover myself in glory one more time, but I have chosen to really tork off my chain of command by asking to rescind my application to WO School and not reenlist.  To many of my friends and co-workers, this is a complete 180 and hard to understand.
The last straw (there have been many others) was during an anti-suicide briefing when a young lieutenant stated categorically that the army could NOT hold your mental health status against you if you sought treatment for PTSD because “the government would never do anything illegal.”  Rather than slap him, (mind you this is right during the Snowden blow up) I walked out of the briefing and had a Sergeant Major and SFC berate me for being a jackass. The worst part is, he was probably factually correct, because many now believe that whatever the government does IS legal by virtue of them being the government.
I am not a wise man. I am covetous, lustful, foolish, wrathful, arrogant, lazy, proud… you name it.  But I refuse to fall any further.  [Oooh-Rah, Sir.]
I ran across your video on the Vendee massacre while researching French while at DLI in 2012 and it really shook me up. I just wish I’d had the courage to make this choice then rather than now.
Je vous remercie beaucoup pour votre courage et votre exemple.
Le Dieu est Roi.

A Fun Aside - AR15.com's GUNstruction - UPDATE 14 FEB 2014 - I did not win. Not even Top 10.

Ever since AR15.com released the GUNstruction program online, I have spent many hours designing ARs. It has become a lot of fun. They are releasing more and more parts with each update. They have also been having a contest where you design an AR within certain parameters and if you win, then the sponsor will build it for you.

Here have been some of my entries:

 My Rhodesian Homage Rifle

My FN-FAL in grey homage rifle

 A gunfighting carbine in grey

Another variation of the above design

I call this one the Pugio

This is the DeSPR or Despair for short. It was specifically designed to mate with the Primary Arms 1-6x scope. Link here.

I call this the "Tosh" after the character Tosh from the movie The Wild Geese.

UPDATE:

Didn't win. Not even top 10. Oh well, there were over 3,000 entries. I am disappointed though.
